Ruby Moscone is an associate at Milberg PLLC, where she is a member of the firm’s Civil Rights Practice Group. Her practice focuses on police-misconduct and civil-rights litigation, including cases involving excessive force, unlawful detention, and constitutional violations by law-enforcement agencies.
Ms. Moscone earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where she developed a strong foundation in constitutional law, civil procedure, and impact litigation. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the Appellate Division, First Department.
In her role at Milberg, Ms. Moscone works closely with partners and litigation teams on all stages of civil-rights cases, including factual development, discovery, motion practice, and legal research addressing municipal liability and individual officer conduct. She is committed to advancing accountability and systemic reform through complex civil-rights litigation.
