About Us
We fight for their rights. We stand up for them. We make sure that the police department that has taken action like this that exceeds their legal rights are held accountable. And we go and we try to get just compensation for those who have suffered from police brutality. In our society, we give police officers a tremendous amount of power. They have the power to take away somebody’s life. They have the power to take away somebody’s liberty, and that power has to be used responsibly. We believe it’s our mission to make sure when a police officer abuses his power hurts somebody unnecessarily. That, that is bad for our system. It’s bad for justice, it’s bad for the government, and it undermines the structure in which we all accept in our society of law and order. And so we want to make sure that people are protected and that the government and that police officers around the country are incentivized to take preventative measures, to put procedures in place to make sure that excessive force is not used.
Who We Are
Police Brutality Center is dedicated to shedding light on the pervasive issue of police brutality and advocating for justice by connecting victims with experienced legal teams. Our collective efforts are focused on raising awareness about police misconduct, racial profiling, and excessive use of force. We work closely with law firms who have experience in civil rights cases, ensuring that victims of police brutality receive the legal support they need to pursue justice. Through our collaborative approach, we strive to amplify the voices of those affected by police violence and work towards systemic change within law enforcement agencies.
How We Can Help
Connect Victims To Experienced Lawyers
Our mission is driven by the goal of preventing further harm and ensuring justice for victims, by connecting them with experienced law firms. We provide access to a network of lawyers who specialize in handling police brutality cases and can offer legal assistance to those seeking justice.
Provide Resources & Bring Awareness
Through our website, we offer a wide range of resources and tools designed to support individuals and communities who have experienced trauma due to police misconduct. By empowering individuals with knowledge and support, we strive to prevent future instances of violence and promote accountability within law enforcement agencies.
Our Legal Partners
Our partners, Solomon Radner, and Alex R. Straus, bring extensive experience and a proven track record of helping victims of police brutality secure the compensation they deserve. We are proud to collaborate with attorneys who ensure that victims of police misconduct receive the justice and support they need.
We review every form submission to our website. If we believe that one of our law partners may be able to assist you, we will share your information with them and the firm will reach out for a complementary case evaluation. If they are able to represent you in a claim, they will handle your situation with care and diligence, and will guide you through the legal process.
We really want to do everything we can to get the word out that police, when they abuse their power will be held accountable. We want people to know what their rights are so that if they believe that excessive force or some type of police brutality was used on them, that they can get access to phenomenal representation.
